What I find to be a major problem for me in most food these days are additives and preservatives, they can actually make me feel very sick and I think many other people are finding they have a similar problem.

The recipes are easy, with wholesome, easy to find ingredients.
My favourites for entree are grilled zucchini rolls, cucumber cups, blue cheese apricots, mango and spinach bites.
The soup recipes in this book are some of the nicest soup recipes I’ve tried - thai tomato soup and fall soup were my favourites.
For salads I liked the Balsamic grilled vegetable salad, spinach and strawberry salad.
For main I like the Mediterranean stuffed eggplants, meatless chili and lemon crusted tofu.
Now for dessert - Grilled peaches - I never thought about grilling peaches before, but what a great idea.
I love the Caramelized grilled pineapple and Chocolate popsicles made from coconut milk.
Some recipes contain wheat, as I am on a gluten free diet I easily substituted this for gluten free flour etc.
There are 50 recipes in this book, the author Jonathan Vine has done a great job of helping you transition to a clean eating diet.
