This is a delicate serum which feels ultra smooth and soft to apply, I actually haven’t used many face wash serums before, it's quite a unique product, particularly in the organic world. I’m one of those people who must have a good hand cream close by at all times. I have very dry hands and up until now have been unable to find an organic hand cream with a thick enough consistency to help keep my hands moisturised and feeling soft.

Winter time is a particularly bad time for skin, I always seem to get those painful little bits of dry skin coming off near my cuticles, as I work with paper and books every day it makes it even worse!  

I jumped at the chance to try this intensive hand creme from Australian Bush Flower Essences.  I have tried quite a few natural hand creams and they haven’t quite managed to get the consistency right.  A good hand cream needs to be thick, but melt into your hands quickly and that’s exactly what this one does.  I carry it with my in my handbag,  I take it to work and I use it before I go to bed.    

The Bush Flower Essences contained in the cream are helpful for worry and anxiety, a reminder to take a break and take care of ourselves.  
Even though the cream keeps my hands mositurised throughout the day I still like to reapply when I’m at work just so I can inhale the essences to help clear my mind and help me focus.  It also keep my hands protected from paper cuts!

The scent of this Calm & Clear moisturiser reminds me of an exotic natural eau de cologne I used to wear, which must have also contained the beautiful neroli. The natural fragrance of the essential oils gives me a warm feeling and brings back nice memories for me.

Designed for those who are always under pressure and feeling the stress of life, this cream will help to calm your emotions. For me it gives me a very pleasant feeling when I use it, it has a calming effect and helps to put me in a positive frame of mind.

Not being a morning person myself, it helps to uplift my mood and gets me ready for the day.

It’s a grounding scent, when I looked at the ingredients I noticed that it contained patchouli,  which is my favourite essential oil.  Don’t worry, it’s not over- bearing, it’s just a hint which helps to lift the spirits.   

It’s also the perfect moisturiser for winter and summer, it’s great for blemish prone skin.   It absorbs into skin rapidly and works nicely under make-up.   I think the texture of this moisturiser is perfect for young or mature skin.

The healing bush flower essences it contains, are Black-eyed Susan, Boronia, Bush Fuchsia, Crowea, Jacaranda, Little Flannel Flower and Paw Paw.  

It also contains the skin saving ingredients aloe, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, olive leaf extract, papaya essence and many other anti-aging  ingredients.   

Completely natural and doesn't contain any nasty chemicals.

I combined using this cream with the Calm & Clear spray mist, which I used to set my make-up as well as an aromatherapy treatment.

The spray also soothes skin, as it contains aloe, chamomile, arnica and echinacha.  I have also been using the mist to set my make-up in place!



I have been using this with the Calm and Clear moisturiser, which I have found to be a light and lovely cream for daily use and helps the beautiful aromatherapy scent to linger on my skin even longer. 

This spray is a great example of how nature can be worked into skincare and emotional health without having to turn to products containing chemicals to help you look and feel better.

This treatment is a soothing and firming neck and face gel which contains beautiful healing ingredients.  One of the main ingredients is rose stem cells, which help skin repair and regenerate.   Research on rose stem cells have shown to have very promising results in anti-aging products.   

I have searched for a long time to find an organic neck and face gel, as I love the feeling of a gel.  This is the only organic face gel I have found which has the ability to heal my skin and contains so many nourishing natural ingredients. Many of us have heard of flower essences as oral drops, this is the first time I have seen them combined into a facial cleansing system.   I have always been a fan of flower essences and their subtle energies,  I’ve used them many times before, as they help support different types of emotional needs.
